    We do not accept orders by phone. Americasprice.Com is designed around a secure online shopping and checkout process that will ensure your private financial information is safe. It will also give you ample opportunity to carefully review your order before it is placed.

  2. How do I place my order?
    Placing your order if very fast and easy. When you're done shopping click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping cart appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping cart. During checkout, you will be asked to provide: Your name,address,credit/debit card type,number and expiration date. That's it, your done!

  3. I just paid for my product....what happens next?
    Once we receive payment confirmation from our credit card processing dept. or Paypal, you will receive an email confirming your name, shipping address, and order number. Your order will be processed and shipped out within 48 hours (excluding weekend and holidays)

    Your order may be delayed/cancelled for the following reasons and more information may be requested to provide proof of identity. These reasons are subject to change without notice: *Different billing & shipping address entered. *Past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned. *Unable to verify billing and address information.

  5. My credit card was declined but the charge is showing on my credit card....why?
    You have not been charged. The charges that are appearing on your card are called "pending holds" Pending holds come about because of the way banks verify billing address information and hold onto funds for any online transactions that has been submitted for approval. Whenever you place an order online, the funds are first verified by your bank prior to the address verification. An error message will appear online stating: AVS Mis Match: The billing address provided does not match the billing address on file with your credit company

    Your invoice can be printed immediately after placing your order. If you are un-able to print a copy of your invoice, please contact us at: customerservice@americasprice.com with your invoice number and we will send you a copy

    If a certain item can not be added to your shopping cart it might be "Out Of Stock".

    Items that are sold out or out-of-stock are intentionally left on our website for up to two weeks so that buyers can compare their purchase with the original ad

    Yes, you can include special instructions for orders during checkout. Type your special instructions or comments in the Special Instructions text box.

    You may want to check your spam files. Since the e-mails are coming from a business (Americasprice.Com) they are frequently filtered out.
