  1. My item arrived damaged. How do I return it?
    Due to circumstances beyond our control, sometimes during shipment some items are damaged. To return an item back to us first contact us at: Customerservice@americasprice.Com Once we receive the item(s) and have validated the damage/defect, you will be refunded the price of the item as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Make sure to securely pack the item you wish to return along with all original packing materials and accessories.

    The return process can take 1 to 3 weeks. Once we receive your item, we will credit your original method of payment.

    If it was a mistake on our part we will issue you a refund for any applicable shipping charges related to the return of the item. We do not cover shipping charges that are returned due to buyer remorse or customer error

  4. Before I send off my return do you have any suggestions to insure a fast secure refund?
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase delivery date. The easiest way for you to return your purchase is to email us at: customerservice@americasprice.com. We will mail out to you a pre-paid return shipping label. Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging with all accessories, user manuals,etc. *Please see our terms and conditons

    Yes,the appropriate tax amount will be included with your refund.

    No. We can't correct a situation if we don't know about it first. Communication is key to a successful return. Items returned without our knowledge well be returned to sender.

    Replacements are evaluated on "availability" Americasprice.com cannot guarantee that an item will be available for replacement. If an item is available, we will be more than happy to replace it.
