- What are duties and custom fees?
Duties/custom fees are imposed by customs on imported merchandise. The charge will be based on the value and/or gross weight. You are responsible for payment of all duties and fees.

No, declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries

Yes, however please note that Americasprice DOES NOT cover free return shipping on International sales.

The costs of the item and the shipping & handling are the total that Americasprice will charge you. However, your country will charge you custom fees

Yes, all international orders are subject to a handling fees plus the cost of shipping.

At the moment Americasprice ships to the United States, Canada and Mexico only.

- Why do you charge a handling fee for international shipping?
Shipping international requires us to fill out and sign a Customs Declaration Form to present to a postal officer which takes time.

The main portion of the cost is the package itself, both the weight of the package, destination and import duties add to the costs

- Can I get a tracking number for my shipment?
At the present time, USPS parcel post does not offer a tracking number outside the United States. Americasprice will send a separate e-mail informing you of the day your package was shipped.

- What payments does Americasprice.Com accept for International orders?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and Paypal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders for international orders

Duties are not included in our pricing. All duties/custom charges will be paid by you

For shipments outside the US, transit time is typically 5-15 business days, but varies on the speed of customs processing in the destination country

Most delays are due to customs, Americasprice has no control over this matter.

If there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported into your destination country, you will be notified during the checkout process

- How much is the handling charge on international orders?
As of 7/15/2011 the handling charges are as follow: Canada & Mexico: $4.00. All handling charges are applied to the original cost of shipping
