bad track
your track sucks i will not be back until the track is smooth tacky and more than 1 groove wide.that will be never so see you at a real track "i55'pir'klms" |

i agree but you should also say somthing about racing in front of about 20 people which is all thats there every time ive gone to benton |

Well gee it is after all dirt. if you want smooth all the time go to a paved track. As for racing with only 20 people in the stands you may need to learn to count no we curently don't have the 1000 or so I 55 brings in but we also don't have STL and its subburbs in our back yard. I like the track and i will race there or attend there every week i can afford the time and money. Sorry if you don't like our track but there are those of us that do. |

Sounds like some guys need more than one setup for there cars, haven't seen very many money races won on a tacky track. A dry track takes a driver and aset up not so mutch motor, but you already know that!

there are plenty of tracks that know how to keep a DIRT TRACK smooth all night. you must not have attended the old "mir"which is now benton race park because there was a crap load of fans. i also like a dry track if it takes rubber for some bite.but im sure you knew that. |

look mr. not happy. if you can afford to travel to KY lake or Pevely why don't you GO there? Benton is what it is, its all we've got. The $10 they got from you isn't worth the venom you spew out on this board. for the rest of us that cannot afford to travel, we like Benton. The track was dry, it was in anticipation of rain. Who can judge how much will fall? they got the show in didn't they. even after the 5pm rainshower. The track this season has been in very good shape almost every night. and by the way, I do remember Mo International Racepark, sure we had more cars, and more fans, but the track was ALWAYS rough. Better now than then. But since you stated your opinion i simply stated mine.. |

Yes i do remember "mir" I drove a recovery truck over the tacky 10" ruts and probaby towed your car off that wonderful track, if you had one back then.Earl would have probably told you to go elsware and have your fun, but you would have had to ask him to his face, because we didn't this wonderfull net to cry on did we?????????

to not happy--your not happy because you go spanked by the BRE PRO 4 POSSE the pride of Friedheim and 2 of their best team drivers wasnt even there to add to the fight and guess what the track was just the same for everyone else that drove on it that night-- good or bad-- maybe you need to pick a better line-- the guy that passed you and beat you did.what do you think we would do to you on a smooth track-- Rock on Punisher who cares if you get to race in front of 1000 people at Pevely out of that 1000 there is probably only 20 that come to watch the PRO 4 class anyway so the ratio is the same as Bentons . and at least Benton has a payout for the PRO 4 class and not a $5 Trophy and in my world trophy = NET LOSS |

just a word to happy pappy, the not happy guy who started this thread is not the pro4 car from Pevely. Our visitor has nothing but praise for the Benton track. He has a post on the STL forum and said that he had a good time and that we were all friendly. Go over and read his post. He goes by Crump Racing. |

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE IT CLEAR...THAT HAPPY PAPPY AND PAPPA PUNISHER ARE NOT ONE IN THE SAME NOR DO WE SHARE THE SAME OPINIONS.FUTHER MORE I BELIEVE THE 2 BEST DRIVERS WERE THERE. I WOULD GO AS FAR AS SAYING THE 3 BEST DRIVERS WERE THERE. AS FAR AS CRUMP RACING GOES...HE SEEMED LIKE A GOOD GUY AND A GREAT RACER AND AS LONG AS THIER TRACK IS SUBMERGED I WOULD LIKE TO INVITE THEM BACK AND ANY OF THE OTHER PRO 4S FROM PEVELY.
