My best friend Charlie, a 4 year old African Grey parrot, who is very talented and can talk and do actions and commmands on request, went missing from Tipton Road, opposite the Black Country Living Museum, on the 1st July 2006. He is grey in colour with a red tail. Also has ID ring on foot. He is very special to me and we need publicity to locate him and bring him back home. He needs me.
