Liverpool v Arsenal @ Wroxham FC

Hi all,
Firstly I would like to thank James Shreeve and the Liverpool Supporters Club for staging todays game at Wroxham FC.
The game was played with a competative spirit from both sides, but also in the same sporting manner that you would expect from these two historic teams. The Scousers were a great bunch of lads, and were a credit to their Club. Such was the days success that we are hoping to make it an annual event.
The weather was scorching, and reminicent of Cup Final Days past, but it did not manage to spoil the spectacle. The fans were loving it !!
The event was to aid All Hallows, Ditchingham, and a superb £288.19 was raised for this deserving local charity.
Sincere thanks also to Kate and Jordan for getting together a team, kit etc. Well Done !

The result ? Didn't I mention it ? I thought I did ? Are you sure ?
Oh, ok ! Unfortunately it finished 7-2 in the Reds favour, with both teams having a couple of good efforts striking the woodwork. The result was secondary to the occasion though. A good day, sure to be repeated.
Good luck to the Liverpool lads at TottenScum tomorrow, hope you can end the season on a high, for both of our Clubs !! Have a good summer !!
