Required for pulling a trailer, licensing and CDL
A member recently went to a licensing center and they got this info for YOU
If your trailer's GVWR is less than 10,000 lbs., you do not need a
combination license on your vehicle.
If your trailer's GVWR is 10,001 lbs to 26,000 lbs, you need a
combination license on your vehicle.
If your trailer's GVRW is 26,001 or greater, you need a combination license
on your vehicle and a CDL license.
It doesn't matter what you have your trailer licensed at, it goes by the
GVWR.
If you have any questions feel free to contact us
Good Luck
