Message:		The West Hollywood resolution is non-binding and has no force whatsoever. Indeed, Sheriff Lee Baca was on the radio afterwards saying he had no intention of paying any attention to it. He said his department never "targeted" marijuana use, but neither does his department ignore its use. And that policy will remain unchanged. Baca is quoted as saying, "West Hollyhood is not The Netherlands."
