impact on non-profits

i keep hearing the powers that be try to tell people that social policy and things like assistance to non-profits are exempt but what they aren't saying is that the list of exemptions in the agreement will be reduced over time. i'd like to know why the governments of BC and Alberta and the business lobby are afraid to talk about this. Why is it so important to groups like the Fraser Institute that there be no exemptions at all? I personally don't want faceless panels and corporations dictating the future of social programs and the other things listed in Part V of the agreement. I don't want Saskatchewan anywhere near this agreement!
