STAMPS

Certain "Rescue Centres" "back home" collect used postage stamps which they then sell on to collectors and the profits from these sales go to various dog charities, rescue centres, homes, etc.
With "Goldstock" under 6 months away now, I was wondering if people would be prepared to save any postage stamps from letters, packages, etc. that they receive through the mail, and kindly bring them along to "Goldstock" for me in order that I can forward them to good and trustworthy "K9" causes. I, along with a few "four legged friends" would be more than grateful. Jeff.

Re: STAMPS

Hi Jeff, sure, I will save stamps if you like. Canadian stamps OK?

Debbie: That will be great. A change from all the U.S. ones that I take back. Jeff.

Re: STAMPS

Thanks to the people who gave me stamps at Goldstock.
This really is a simple way to raise money, and I would urge even more people to adopt this policy for me, (or yourselves) for next year. All that is required is to save the used stamps that you get on letters in the mail, and I forward them to various Dog/Rescue Groups that sell them to collectors of "foreign stamps" and all the money raised goes to those needy causes. Jeff.

Re: STAMPS

With a little over 3 months to go to "Goldstock" (I can't wait !! ) I hope people will be as generous, if not more, than last year, and bring to this event any used postage stamps that I can use to aid rescue groups and dog charities. If you haven't started putting them aside yet, then please begin. It's surprising how many mount up, then times that by numbers attending Goldlstock and the funds for our four legged friends soon grow. Roll on August, and looking forward to meeting up again! Jeff.
