ARE WE READY FOR SOME GOLDSTOCK????
I'm practically jumping out of my skin with excitement...we've been buying the essentials and have already started packing! Can't wait to wrap my arms around our cabinmates and give big ole New Hampsha hugs! This is my favorite time of year; the anticipation is overwhelming. I LOVE GOLDSTOCK! Jody |

I know what you mean Jody! The anticipation is almost as exciting as being there. The next few weeks will be the happiest of my life. Yeah, my life is pretty boring:) I also can't wait to see all my cabinmates! For those of you who don't know, we both reside in the infamous Geriatrics cabin. That's a place, not an age! Stop on by and visit, but a margarita- proceeds to go to rescue. Just look for the cabin decked out as a tropical paradise. Lois

This will be our first year! I took a schlep up last Sat. to check out where we are staying and it looks so awesome. My golden,Clowey and I will definitely stop by for a few margaritas...Trudi and Clowey

I have a plan this yr to be all packed by Tuesday evening,, we are leaving Wed am after my son gets on his bus at 8 am.. I just finished getting the pack n play together for the baby, and will pack the bed stuff for the rest of us this afternoon. I have cleared my calendar( no easy feat here) from this wed til we leave to get everything ready for our GS adventure, and the house ready for the lady that is coming here to stay with my son for the week. Everyday Tyler gets more excited about our trip,,, it will be a full car this yr as my 10 mo and 3y foster boys and Kalista are coming with us... should prove to be a very interesting trip...... |

Man, where has this summer gone?? Can hardly believe it's only a little over a week to Goldstock. Think I am only bringing Moya with me this year, leave the rest of the gang home with dad and enjoy the weekend with my "sidekick". Hey Jody, did I read that you can't get Yeungling beer in New Hampsha?? We get in here, I'll see about rassling some up for you and we can hang out at the "Geriatric bar". Well, Goldstock has ended as quickly as it began! However with the great weather to help, it really was a great event this year. Meeting old friends and making new ones. This really is a WONDERFUL event! I'm so glad that I came again, and up to "Year 3" now. Really looking forward to "Year 4" already!! Thanks to all concerned for making this a great place to be ! Jeff.

I am looking forward to my fifth time at Goldstock next Labor Day Weekend but first maybe we can meet at camp which may take place in June for about a week. |

The weather was fantastic! For three days, Kia Sophia swam and ran to her heart's content! She had to go up the steps of every cabin checking for loves and hugs. I thought she would sleep on the way home to south central PA but no, she stayed awake and just looked out the windows. I tired long before she did! |
