scrolling marquee
I am using ie and measurement wise I am fine but with the glow filter my scrolling marquee is not measuring correctly. I have tried a few things and am probably over looking the obvious. Here is the code.

THE RING The ring is a perfect circle,no beginning and no end. It is usually made of gold and diamonds. Gold goes throuh a purification process to remove the inpurities so it will be pure gold. Diamonds start as an ugly peice's of coal and through pressure over time becomes a beutiful diamond. Marriage is the same. The trials and fights are the fire that burns to the very core. And in the end shows the love two people have for each other. The arguments and blow ups are like the diamonds being pressed. At times it seems you just can't take any more and somehow your love for the other grows. And as others see it. It becomes a beutiful thing sparkling and shinny. So when you find yourself having doubts look down at your left ring finger and remember how it was made. | ||||
