Buttons, HTML and Text

blankbutton.gif See this? It's to be used with text.
Ok how do I get up on there to do that? I can put all the text I want elsewhere in the body of the site, but I did it with the text and visual editor. So, http://jesuschristchronicillnesses.org, if I use the Visual Editor I can't get there, and I look at the html and I see blankbutton.gif and I put the text there in place of blankbutton, no worky. Help?

Re: Buttons, HTML and Text

You open the image in a graphics editor on your computer, add text using that program. Then you upload the image.

Re: Buttons, HTML and Text

Bravenet online editors canot edit images
files.

If you remove the blank images and use
text links only no images
You need to use the text editor
and use the full html coding
for your links.

Re: Buttons, HTML and Text

Many just use Irfanview for the graphics work
on thier sites. It is free program.

They add text to the blank image buttons with Iranview.

They crop and resize the images before they
upload thier photos with Irfanview also.

When you have a full graphics application
like PSP{Paint Shop Pro}Photo Shop full version.
having Irfanview is useful to have
as a extra option.

When you donot have any graphic editors
then Irfanview is free and good alternative.

Re: Buttons, HTML and Text

Oh FairyRose, I want that so bad that Paintshop Pro!!! Oh Wow!! I don't we have enough memory left to put that on. Do you have any idea how to check how much memory is left on your computer?
Would I know even if I was looking at it? Yeah because it tells you how much you need so then that would compare to your computer and if you didn't have enough or just a little left, then you couldn't use it? Correct! Thanks for being so kind~~Beauty

BeautyForChrist

For windows computers you check disc space and memory
this way.

Your hard disc space is separate from
your computer memory.
To check your hard disc space
you do the following.

You click on my computer icon
You right click C or hardrive icon.
You click Properties which tells
how big your hard drive is
It also tells you how much space
is used verus free space.
This will tell you if have enough free space
to install.

To find out how much memory your computer
has you go to this location

1.You go to Start Menu/Progams/Accessorories/
System Tools/System Information.
On the System Information you see System Summary
in left and on right you see your computer system
info.
Near bottom you see the following
and how much of each you have.

Total Physical Memory,
Avaible Physical Memory,
Total Virtual Memory
Avaible Virtual Memory.

If your total memory is only 256mb you
wont have memory to run the program
most likely.
You need least 512kb mb
or more memory to use
paint shop pro especially.

Re: Buttons, HTML and Text

If your computer is freezing or you having memory problems.
or the computer is slow you should check
for adware and spyware also.
