Can anyone tell me how I can change my navigation buttons on a Wizard created Site to another which I have already saved as a gif image?

I don't use the Wizard, but I'm fairly certain that cannot be done. You don't have buttons on your site now, those are text links up there. You can add links using your own buttons, but not change the automatic Wizard menu.

Generally, when using a very limited editor like the Wizard, it is best to accept the limitations. Trying to work around them may sometimes possible, but probably as much work as installing and learning to use a real editor.

I am almost sure that you are 100% right. That's what I thought but I wasn't sure and wanted someone to confirm it.
I have Frontpage but have not found anyone willing to teach me how it works

You can edit your wizards layouts using file manager Visual/Text editors ONLY.
That means you donot use the wizard period
any more.
You then can remove the wizards automatic links.
You need to add your own navigations images
links to all pages yourself.
You just need to click file save
and your updated page is automatically
saved & published in 1 step.
It should be avaible online instantly.
You may need to do a page refresh
if you donot see your updates.
