Does anyone know how to import fireworks buttons as a navigation as I have made my own customised navigation bar with macromedia fireworks and wondered if it is possible to add this to my site?

Anyone help you be greatly appreciated.

Also if don't get a responce about that is there a way to link the standard navigation button direct to another webpage so it appeares straight away (e.g directly link one button to a forum, so the forum appears when clicked in another window)

Your site looks like a Wizard creation. The Wizard is very prescriptive and is intended for people who don't want to get involved with customising anything.

With free hosting there are restrictions on the file types that you can use but within those parameters there are no restrictions on what editor you use or how you lay out your site. Just remember that if you switch editors you can never go back to the Wizard.
