warranties

I have just purchased a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was originally registered in Michigan.
I live in Manitoba Canada,does the warranty transfer to Canada or if I were to go to a Jeep dealer in the US would I be able to get warranty work done.There is only 42000 Miles on this vehicle

I know with Honda and Ford you would not be covered with vehicle being US . Phone a dealer service dept and you will have the answer.
