Can someone please visit this link and tell me if there is anyway to get back a full deposit. These are my so-called rights in the province of Ontario, Canada.
I fear that the dealership will come up with all types of bogus "liquidated damages".
Long story short, my parents submitted a $3000 deposit on a car that was overpriced and they were pressured into buying.
