Is it smart to include tax/title/registration fees in your initial offer?
Say I want to spend say 16500 total on a used car including tax title and registration fees. Is it smart to tell the dealer "hey I want this car for 16500 including tax/title/registration" or to try to focus on just the sticker price and get that down to a point where the price of the car including after purchase fees is under my total spending limit? Thanks.

Your offer is called all in, out the door price, and it just made me realize your question is excellent, I have provided an answer in the web page " HOW YOU NEGOTIATE " Thanks for an excellent question.
