Yesterday I went out looking for a car a put a $500 deposit for a used car at a used car dealership. It was near closing time when I put down the deposit. Now I'm having second thoughts and realize I shouldn't have rushed into it.

They did not say it was a non-refundable deposit but I did signed some papers, stupid me, I know. However I did put it on my credit card so I'm thinking I might be able to get it back.

I just ran a Carproof on this car and guess what it turned up. Seems like there was 2 accident and I'm not sure but more than 1 owner. The used dealer said it was 1 owner and services at Acura dealership and never said mention there was an accident.

He told me there was no accident on the car. He basically lied to me. The first accident had $5600 in damage!! That doesn't seem like a small accident for that car.
