Purchased a 08 BMW yesterday. While I was with the finance guy (signing all the paperwork) he tells me, "dont go for the incentive financing (3.9%) go for the regular financing at 7.9%. If you do that, BMW is running an incentive for free maintainence (normally $2500). Plus, you can refinance so the interest rate I give you now does not mean anything.". So I took the deal. Turns out that the free maintainence was only on the 07. The dealer wants me to come back in and redo all the paperwork. Can they do this?

I find your question a little confusing not knowing all the details, you can get a lower Interest rate on an 07 compared to an 08, weird,,,

With the deal being financed, the lender is in control, and not obligated to approve a contract,,, so the answer is,,, they can re-set the terms
