I went to a dealership in Georgia on March 31st and purchased a vehicle to financed. I traded in my old vehicle for $1000.00 and gave them $2000.00 down payment. On April 28th I was told I needed to return the vehicle because the fiance company rescinded their offer because they where not able to verify some information on my loan application. When I took the vehicle back the dealership told me they where protected by something called a "bail agreement" and that they didn't have to return my trade in or my down-payment. A week later I received
a check in the mail for $1000.00 that stated it was for my trade in. I have contacted the dealership over and over to inquiry about my $2000.00 downpayment and no has returned any of my calls. I would like to know what can I do to resolve this?
