Hi all. What is the best month to sell a newer used car to a dealer. They all want it, but no one wants to give me what it is worth (even trade in.)

I already bought a new car, this car is clear, and I am trying to sell it privately, but if I can't sell it, I want to sell it to CarMax or something before my new payments start. So...is there a good month or a better month between now and January?

Sports cars - convertibles or exotic type cars early spring attract most buyers, if your vehicle is not a vintage a decrease in price or value happens every month. There is no best time for other type vehicle's.

Nobody want's to give you what it is worth ????????? without telling me your asking price, give me some details and I will provide you with an unbiased answer as to what I think is a fair price.

Present condition - mint ? - needs some work ? or is there a link where I can view this car for sale ?

This is an SUV. It is on Craigslist and Autotrader. It it in excellent condition, no accidents. 40,000 miles. One owner. 210 area code.
