a few days ago my husband and i purchased a 2004 nissan
maxima,on our way home there was a few jerks after getting off the highway. We took it in back to the dealer and they told us it was a faulty brake,they replaced the brake.We picked up the car but the same problem. I have been doing some reading online about Nissan Maxima faulty transmission. Can we get our money back or is that impossible.

I will be very surprised if the dealer will submit a refund.

If you would have had the opportunity to study this website prior to purchase you would most likely have done a proper test drive along with not making a commitment without an independent inspection.
