We bought a used 2008 Tundra from a used car dealership two days ago. Driving it today and we are hearing some noise sounding like metal on metal. We think it may be the brakes but don't really know. It has an up to date inspection sticker. Do we have any recourse? How did they pass this vehicle for inspection with possible bad breaks and who knows what else may be wrong? Any help?

I can't make any comments without knowing facts, take car back to dealer or get a third party to analyze the problem.
