I signed a contract for my car in July and just found out there is a lien on the title since Oct. 2006. I have the information of what financial company the lien is under but no one will tell me for how much. The carlot keeps refusing to give me my money back without charging me mileage fee at .15 cents a mile and "reconditioning fee." It is not my fault they tried selling me a car with a lien on the title. What do I do?

What is the dealers name and zip dode ?
If there is still a valid lien on the vehicle it's not your problem if you bought from a registered dealer.

I really am confused as to why they are willing to take the car back.
