I live in Florida and went to new car dealership to negotiate to get a new car. The car I wanted had to arrive on it's own (300 miles) and they made us to sign all the paperwork and cashed our down payment immediatelly. Question: I do not want this car any more, is it my right back out of this deal since I did not get the car yet?

The car has to arrive from another dealer that is very normal, it's called a dealer trade.

You signed a contract and then got cool feet after, correct ?

The dealer is intitled and will keep your down payment if you dont go through with the deal.

Answer one Q before I go further,,, is there financing involved ?
