If you was to trade your vehicle for another vehicle in a private party deal, take the vehicle to the shop you traded for after signing the bill of sale and trading titles. Find out theres alot of stuff wrong with the vehicle do you have the right to sue to get your vehicle back?
You are saying if you was to, I hopefully read that as it has not happened ?
When you buy or trade privately that means AS IS,,, there is no recourse. I strongly advice any purchase from dealer or private is subject to an independent mechanical inspection prior to purchase, it will cost a few bucks, but you will have peace of mind,,, if an inspection cannot be arranged I would walk away from the deal.
