Hello,
I just recently bought a vehicle from a NJ Owner. He signed the title over to me. I went to the Local Pennsylvania Auto Tag's place where I was able to register, and transfer the car under my name. The old title was sent out and the lady told me I was going to recieve my new title in 7-8 business days. I have changed my address and Cary a yellow slip with me because I havent changed the address on my license to my current address. it has been a month going on two and I haven't recieved anything from Penndot other than a paper telling me that my license is suspended and what not, but I have payed all of the fees. Please help!
