The AVP suspended operations in August and did not officially declare bankruptcy until this past week. This also means they haven't paid bills since August. (See the LA Times/Wall St. Journal articles)
"That is where the membership fees collected since August has gone"- to pay prizes for your tournaments? Or, insurance for players in your tournaments? You clearly stated that the fees were for insurance for players- that appears to be misleading and misappropriation of funds.
