I consider myself a friend of the free people of kashmir. This is my opinion regarding the so called azadi of azad kashmir.

1. In "indian-occupied"-kashmir, state assembly elections have been held regularly for last 55 years or so. Of course, there had been stints of presidential rule. Yet, the people
are ruled by their own elected state government.

Does this happen in azad kashmir("pak-occupied kashmir")?

2. In "indian-occupied"-kashmir, parliamentary elections have been held regularly for last 55 years or so except the delays in some durations. The elected parliamentarians sit in Indian parliament and are empowered to discuss, to
suggest/ propose laws and amendments, to cast their vote for deciding the fate of entire country that is India.

Does this happen in azad kashmir?

3. Does so called "Azad"- Kashmir have any Executive,
Legislature, Judiciary?

Do they conduct any election?

Do they have ambassadors,, high commissioners in other
countries, or other countries' in there?

Is there any nominees from them in U.N.?

Are they recognised by U.N.?

4. How do you define an independent country? Does this fit that definition?

I am sure your answers will tell you which kashmir is Azad,and which Kashmir is playing in foreign hands.
