hey there...ehh never done anything like this before, so dont really know where too start... i suppose the first place too start would be saying that im an alcoholic and i need help

i live in Greenock and im 28 years old, i just had a look at the AA meeting plans, but i dont think im emotionally strong enough yet to go to a meeting and bare my soul, i think the best thing for me just now would be talking too someone online.

Hi Alan. Welcome it is great to see you here. Well done in asking for help. It takes great courage in going to an aa meeting but it was the best thing I ever done in my life
Why not call AAs helpline 08457697555 the person on the phone will understand you are nervous or scared cos we all phoned for help and we were nervous and scared too
