grape seed extract

What are your thoughts on grape seed extract and its effectiveness verse Vitamin E

Re: grape seed extract

Hi Joy,

Grape seed extract contains a substance known as Pycnogenol which is high in a powerful antioxidant called Proantocyanidin. It is a stronger antioxidant than vitamin E.
As an antioxidant, it is beneficial toward boosting the immune system and is particularly helpful for horses who are enduring physical and emotional stress.

Thanks for writing!
