Hi Kelly,
I took a look at this product, Ensemble, and it is a decent overall multiple vitamin/mineral supplement that would be good to add to a hay based diet for a horse that is healthy and not performing.
If you have a horse that is aging, growing, pregnant, has health issues, or is very active, this supplement is not adequate mainly because it is very low in antioxidants, such as vitamin E, C, and beta carotene.
It does contain live microbials and digestive enzymes, which are beneficial.

Accel made by Vita Flex is worthwhile because it is a comprehensive supplement that fills in all the gaps. It also contains live microbials.
