ultium

Hi. ive been looking at the Ultium feed to feed to a thoroughbred. With this feed having so much good nutrition, do i need to add biotin to his feed, or does ultium have enough in it to help his feet. He also gets alfalfa and 24/7 grass or mixed hay. Great website.

Where are you from? md

Re: ultium

Hi Lynn,

Thanks for the lovely compliment!

Ultium does not contain biotin, according to their website. So, you should consider adding additional biotin to his feed if he is having problems with maintaining healthy hooves and coat.

Good job on the hay!

All the best,
