rice bran and flax meal

I have given the forum a good shake to see if I could come up with the differences in rice bran and flax.

I am wanting to know the differences between the two?

Maybe they work real good together?

Re: rice bran and flax meal

Hi Kasey,

They are both high in fat. Flaxseed meal is high in omega 3 fatty acids. Rice bran contains a large amount of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9s) and also contains gamma oryzanol, a steroid-type compound that boosts the production of muscle mass.

Yes, they are fine to feed together.

All the best,
