Honeysuckle

My horse was recently moved to a new pasture and I noticed when she is put out she makes her way straight over to the fence to munch on the honeysuckle. Can this hurt her?

Re: Honeysuckle

Hi Diane,

Honeysuckle is not listed as toxic to horses in any of the references I have checked. Generally, horses will not consume toxic plants when they have ample pasture and/or hay. So, I would not be concerned about this.

All the best,
