Hi Dr. Getty -

Thanks for your advice. I'll give the Nutra Flax a try. Is there another kind of vitamin that already has flaxseed meal in it? Or something other than Accel you would recommend?

Hi Sandy,

Yes, I prefer Glanzen Complete as a vitamin mineral supplement that has a flaxseed meal base, and hence, as significant level of omega 3s.
