How to feed Rice Mill

I have bought some Rice Mill feed and I have been told that is is not good for my horses. How could I find out information on this feed.
The Ingredients are:
Crude Protein......Min.6.00%
Crude Fat..........Min.4.00%
crude Fiber........Max.30.00%

This is the guaranteed analysis
Could you help in any way?????

If you have the website for this product, please send that to me so I can take a look at it.

From the analysis you sent me, if does not look like rice bran, since the fat level is so low. It may be defatted bran, which would account for the low fat and high fiber content.

So, let me know more and I'll be happy to assess if for you.
