compensation IR horse

Hi to everyone-

My 14 yr old Twh mare is a compensating IR horse. Has anyone used formula 4 feet as a mineral and vitamin supplement all in one to help with IR horses condition and quiessance together for further reduction in crested neck. I am switching my horses supplements to this after much research and countless phone calls to the feed companies.

Has anyone used these before? I am also starting non GM. no molasses- Speedi beet to mix with supplment to help this mare.

Let me know your thoughts?

Re: compensation IR horse

Greetings Jean,

Thank you for your patience in my getting back to you. I took a look at Formula 4 Feet and it appears to be worthwhile for an IR horse. I contains Chromium and over 5000 mg of Magnesium per 170 gram dose.

Avoiding molasses is also important, so you are on the right track using the Speedi-Beet without molasses.

All the best,

Dr. Getty
