Re: How much B-1 for fending off bugs?

Greetings 10 Walker,

A four-ounce dose of Glanzen Lite Complete supplies 125 mg of vitamin B1. But to get the "insect-repelling" effect, I would go with an additional 750 mg. 3/4 of a scoop of B1 by Vita Flex will supply this amount.

Hi Dr. Getty, I read your suggestion to add B-1 rather than garlic to fend off bugs. How much B-1 do you suggest? My horse is on Glanzen lite complete. Thanks.
