Re: Magnesium oxide

Hi Carla,

One level tablespoon (approximately 16.7 grams by weight) contains 10,000 mg (10 grams) of magnesium. Magnesium oxide contains 60% elemental magnesium.

All the best,

I have purchased magnesium oxide in bulk and now I have no idea how to feed/measure 12 grams. I am looking for an answer; such as, tablespoon, teaspoon, ect.
Thank you,
