You need to upload your pictures to a free image hosting site like imgur.com, tinypic.com or one of the thousands of others.

when you've done that you need to post the link to your picture here

it should look like this "["img]https://i.imgur.com/zEYILHX.jpg[/img"]" but without any quote marks - I did that just to show you how the code looks

Without the quote marks it looks like this
