Hi Kirsty - I haven't got any advice but thought I'd let you know that I'm looking for the same information - except we want to get married in Seville. I've emailed the Seville Tourist Board and the main Spanish Tourist Board but no info as yet. It seems that you can get married anywhere in the world except Spain! Anyway - I'll watch this space with interest and will let you know if I find someone that can help.
