Adding a Movie to Website

Greetings,

I just created and uploaded 2 websites. In the CentralNDDaylilySociety.com website I am trying to upload a movie.

I can get it to work in Dreamweaver if I double click the movie. However, The bottom bar which includes the play, pause features do not appear. I don't want to have to double click the movie to have it work properly.

What am I doing wrong? How can I fix it?
