How do you move pages from one directory to a different directory in file manager?
I am trying to reorganize my web site. I need to switch files from one directory to another and change directories the files are in. how do i do this.

You don't. You upload the files again to the new directory, then delete them in the old.
You may want to do that anyway. I checked your discovery page. 88 megabyte pages are rarely seen on the web, and for good reasons. Very few people are willing to sit around waiting for 88 megabytes to load.
I made a perfectly legible version of page 164 at 64 kilobytes (even without cutting out the empty spaces). The original was 562 kilobytes.
As for your avatar: No, you don't need to fill that in to post messages.
