hello, im not sure how to add the avitar url, or what it is. can some one help?
where do you want to place avatar url?
if you want to place it in this forum, get the avatar url from another site and paste in the avatar field.
Or, upload any avatar to your site file manager and link to it.
You would usually use an avatar in a forum and most forums that support avatars have a simple utility to allow you to add one. Exactly how you do it depends on the forum software in question.
I would not normally see this as a web design problem unless you have missed something out of your post.
