When a page on my site opens the URL appears up on the browser but the tab title is often 'untitled document'

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the fact that I upload some pages from Dreamweaver and some by ftp direct (depends on formats and all kinds of variants)
Does anyone know what I need to do to get the page title in the tab as well as in the browser?

And please....the last time I asked for advice I was subjected to insults because I use Dreamweaver...so if that is a problem with you can it and leave comments to those who have something useful to say!

No, the uploading method has nothing to do with it. When the title appears as "Untitled document". It is because the title is "Untitled document".



Dreamweaver isn't one of those editors that deny you access to the actual code, so just delete Untitled document, and type in what you want as a title.

If you are really confused about how to edit code in Dreamweaver then just open the file in Notepad.
