Okay. So I FINALLY got my site up, not fully though, some things still aren't finished, but that's beside the point. I want to know, how do you get that little symbol that appears beside your wesite url? Like it's the little shield for this site, can you make one?
I believe that you are talking about a "favorite icon", or more commonly "favicon".
A very simple way of creating one it to use the link to Dynamic Drive - FavIcon Generator. On that site, you can use one of your own images to create it from and then upload it to your site. The link also provides information on how to add it to your HTML pages. Overall, it's a pretty simple process.
