With Video why not upload to You tube and then you can embed the code it gives you on your site and it should play


But as said if have free hosting then avi files are not allowed

I have paid hosting.

The youtube idea sounds good.

I only want to display the video not all of the youtube ads. I want to be able to re size it to any size I want.

Do you happen to have the HTML code to embed a video of hand?
