I am a complete novice! I need help to update information on my website. I do not have any contact with the person who originally uploaded for me - I designed it and wrote it, but the information is now out of date.

I do not know how to revise it, all help gratefully received. - Thank you

well login to your bravenet account and download the files for your website to your computer

get an html editor like NVU, Dreamweaver or use Notepad

edit the site where you want to edit it and then save the pages and publish again with a 3rd party ftp program


Got to learn to upload site for yourself and not rely on someone else. Too many times people rely on someone else and get burnt later on


But you designed and made the site so edit it then save and publish/upload with what said above.

Thank you.... that sounds good, after Ofsted tomorrow, I will have all the time in the world, and I do want to be able to do it myself!

On a mac,only ever used a mac, so should be able to do something simple by myself.
